Data we process
What you share in the appointment form: your full name, phone number, optional e-mail address, the topic you are interested in, your shade preference, how you would like to be contacted and your optional message. We do not ask for health information in the form; please do not share any.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used only to reply to your appointment request and to plan the consultation. The legal basis is that it is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK article 5/2-c).
Transfers
The form is currently sent through WhatsApp: when you send the message, your details pass through the servers of WhatsApp (Meta) and may be processed abroad. They are not shared with anyone else.
Retention
Appointment requests are kept for at most one year after the request has been dealt with, and are then deleted.
Your rights
Under KVKK article 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Send your request to the contact address above.
